    I stayed in this relaxing hotel for 7 days, had brilliant experience, thoroughly enjoyed its unbeatable location just next door to the Italian restaurant, other areas or bedrooms other than reception and the beach and Albufeira.

    Recommend it for families looking to relax

    The food was surprisingly good, especially the quality of the dishes served at dinner! We had this wonderful experience where the kids loved the reptile show near the pool. It was interactive and kept them entertained for hours, while I was able to finally sip that cold drink by the poolside!

    It was a bit pricey for what we got, but still manageable.

    Service was excellent, interieur, food, staff, the sister hotel Atlantic next door for the gym.

    Had booked a Deluxe suite, on booking it states 3 pers. +. While my parents had the bedroom, I had a complete unacceptable rollout couch in the living room area. It was not the location of the roll out, more the quality. The mattress was about 1 inch thick. Gym was ridiculously small. It was a joke to offer to the guests, leaving them with a very bad impression from the hotel. Too bad, cause it is a very lovely hotel, and I would use it again but in other rooms.

    Extremely polite, pleasant and professional staff. Room and facility spotless, design simple and pleasantly decorated. Buffet breakfast fresh, and ample choices for all types of eating.

    Our visit was in early April and the outdoor pools were not heated at all. Our children had to swim in the small, indoor pool which required an adult attending as well as the purchase of a 5 euro swim cap. Heating pools is probably not needed later in the season, but if you have younger children and want to be outside, you might ask about the pool heating............and bring a swimcap!

    The food was of excellent quality and catered for all needs. I enjoyed the live music nightly, and the bar area was lively and friendly. The pools were nice, and I spent time reading while soaking up the sun. I took a short trip to a nearby town that had many shops worth visiting.

    Room cleaning could have been better, as some items were not replaced or refilled. The gym was small and limited in equipment.

    the only downside was the inconsistency in food temperature at the buffet,, some dishes could have been warmer. but the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the pool area was nice and relaxing.
